Shipping Policies

Italian Fine Finishes' goal is to prepare, package and ship your order as quick as possible. We typically can get your order shipped within 48 business hours of ordering time. If there is to be any delay of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

• We ship only to the contiguous United States excluding Hawaii & Alaska
• At checkout you can choose your shipping preference. For larger orders that require freight (LTL or FTL) please contact us for a freight quote before placing your order.
• Our shipping calculator is fairly accurate however it can make mistakes from time to time. If the shipping cost is considerably less than what you have paid, we will issue a refund for the difference.
• If any products arrive damaged and unusable, please contact us to right the shipment. Please provide us with pictures, any documentation you may have noting the damages and we will work with you to replace the items damaged.

Return & Refund Policies (excludes paints & finishes)

In the event you want to return an item here are our policies related to returns and refunds.

• Italian Fine Finishes offers a 30-day return policy on all our products (excluding paints & finishes). 
• The 30 day period begins with the purchase date of the item. 
• Must show receipt with purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product shown on receipt after your item is returned and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable and Italian Fine Finishes is not responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
• Once we receive the item back, we will do a visual and manual inspection of the product. The item must not have any signs of misuse or damages caused by the customer. Once examination is finished, Italian Fine Finishes will submit a refund to the card the product was purchased with.
• If we find there to be no significant defects and/or damages to the product however the product shows signs of fair usage, we reserve the right to pro-rate the return dollar amount against the original purchase price.
• Please contact Italian Fine Finishes before returning your tool. Most issues can be resolved without a return and we would like to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
• Due to the nature of paints and finishes we do not offer returns on these items (applies to all Renner products). If there are any issues with a paints and finishes order please contact us to discuss options for replacement.
